Shipping & returns

• Arrived damaged? Send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll replace it — no return needed.
• Unopened and unused? Return it within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is at your cost, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
• Opened or used? We can’t take it back. Every piece is hand-cast and individually charged, so we can’t resell it. If something’s wrong, tell us and we’ll make it right.

Combo sets return as a set — no partial returns of individual pieces.
